I don't think we need to collect session chair feedback. I'm
pretty sure us chairs were all on the committee - so we already
have a channel to insert our feedback.

Alex, would you mind adjusting directory structure of our google
drive, and suggesting where we put slides, and update URL in my
text below. (Do we have enough space to store them in here:

Alex, I assume you have a spreadsheet of all presentations in the
program? Can you please put a copy into a publicly editable google
sheet, include enough information to link from the program to the
presentation. (Timeslot, Presenter, Time, public will add URL to
      their slides)

Re presenter feedback, like Alex, I'm swamped with todos, so if
someone else could help out with presenter feedback that would be
great. My input into this is around collecting presentations and
getting them under a suitable open license. I suggest that we make
things easy for ourselves and presenters by being very
prescriptive. Here is my suggested text:

Hello FOSS4G-Oceania presenters,

Thank you for your presentations. I expect that most/all of
you will be happy to share your presentations and make them
available for everyone to use. To facilitate this, we have set
up a Google Drive directory where you can upload your
        presentation.

To avoid future licensing headaches, and to make it easier for
us to bulk distribute presentations, we are being very
        prescriptive:

1. Sharing your material is optional.

2. (Mandatory) If you going to share your presentation, we
wish to have all presentations available to us under the terms
of the Creative Commons By Attribution 4.0 license:
        https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/
If you upload your presentation to us, we will assume that
you agree to your presentations is available under these terms.

3. (Strongly Encouraged) In your slide deck, add a logo and
reference to the CC-By license on your master slide, or front
        page, as per:
https://creativecommons.org/choose/results-one?license_code=by&jurisdiction=&version=4.0&lang=en

4. (Mandatory) If sharing, rename your presentation filename
        to the format: "FirstName_LastName-Title_Of_Presentation". You
may upload any format you wish, however to be pragmatic, we
suggest including at least a Microsoft .pptx and/or PDF format,
which most people should be able to read. You may upload
multiple formats of the same presentation.

5. (Mandatory) If sharing, upload your presentation(s) to <Alex
to provide URL of an upload directory>

6. (Strongly Encouraged) Add the google drive URL of your
presentation to our index spreadsheet at:
<Alex to provide URL to google sheets table of
            presentations>
