    <p>I think this document reflects our style and our needs at this
      point in time. Having spent decades within communities, I've seen
      communities grow in both positive and negative ways. The original
      guidelines sometimes hinder the future state of affairs. I think
      we should be mindful of that, and be ready to adapt and change as
      we mature.</p>
