<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">This year all five of the speakers that submitted talks to BGS were male, although at least not all European. When Rachel and I drafted the schedule, we have added two empty slots. Our plan
is to individually contact each of the women on the registration list and to encourage them to submit a talk.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
