I agree with the following:<BR>
<BR>
1. We must move the deadline by at least 1 week (Closing date 11 May 2008)<BR>
2. It is very difficult to navigate the conference system in place, especially when not used to hacking and cracking. <BR>
3. We tried uploading the template on the WIKI as well, without success. The WIKI also only support PDF uploads.<BR>

We have invited all proposals submitted thus far to complete the submission template and to provide the workshop committee with the required information to make a decision. Under track policies (<A href="http://conference.osgeo.org/index.php/foss4g/2008/schedConf/trackPolicies">http://conference.osgeo.org/index.php/foss4g/2008/schedConf/trackPolicies</A>) the templates are available in all 3 formats for people to be able to submit.<BR>

In conclusion - can we get approval from the LOC to move the deadline date for workshop and lab submissions? If approved can we send out another bulk mail informing the community?<BR>
