A few of the workshop presenters have requested if it will be possible to print and reproduce handouts at the conference instead of paying extra fees to get it to SA as part of their luggage.<BR>

I have taken the liberty and spoken to ProsperIS. They can provide such a service. The question is, is this part of the services we want to have for presenters at minimal cost or should we just farm it out for the benefit of whoever provides the service? Keeping worst case scenario in mind I believe farming it out will not have an impact on our budget, nor organisation except fro providing a space for it somewhere on the floorplan.<BR>
