[Foss4g2009] Workshop

I understand tutorials are not expected to be 'hands on' in the same way as
labs were and workshops continue to be, so I won't include those in the
rental costings.

>yes this is my understanding too Mark - which is why I've allocated rooms
to tutorials which are also allocated to workshops just in case we change
our mind and we then don't have the logistical problem of moving hardware
