Janelle,
In the interests of efficient decision making, I nominate/delegate OC 
responsibility for the website to Simon Hope (as he is in TH's timezone, 
can be reached by phone, knows what he is talking about, and he offered 
to help). Simon will aggregate comments from the rest of the community 
and make a final call and be a single point of contact for Tour Hosts.

Simon, I'm assuming you are ok with this?

Regarding URL of the conference, I've already made a call on that for 
marketing material. It will be:

Jeff, you can use the above URL in any material you use, just be aware 
that it may be a few weeks before the URL is populated.
