[Foss4g2009] Lightening Talk

Hi guys,

Pete is locked in to give a presentation at Ignite Spatial on the
evening of the 22nd. But there's no reason why he couldn't give the
same or a different talk during the conference - there will be many
other presenters at Ignite.

Note that it should be "lightning" as in quick and powerful, not
"lightening" as in not-so-dark :)
