[Foss4g2009] Workshop / Tutorial Submission Templates

As I start filling in the press release, I realise that there should be 
a couple more paragraphs added the the Workshop/Tutorial template 
introduction.

Queries about the workshops, tutorials or presentations can be asked on 
the FOSS4G 2009 email list,

question on IRC, irc://freenode.net#foss4g .

(Should we set up a separate email list for workshops/tutorials?)
