Folks,
First draft here:

page will need to detail the process of presentation selection post public
voting (i.e. after the 28th June), but as we haven't ironed out all the
details yet, we'll have to launch public voting without these details.

The main requirement now is to update the main site. We'll need to ensure
that the site

1. is updated to ensure that it no longer displays the presentation
submissions are still open
2. is update to ensure that it advertises public voting and includes the
link to the LisaSoft dev site i.e.

http://dev.extranet.lisasoft.com/foss4g/

<http://dev.extranet.lisasoft.com/foss4g/>3. is updated to include a link to
the wiki page provided above.

I'd update the site myself but I'm having some trouble building locally at
the moment - Shoaib see my earlier email
