Hello Cesar,

Yes, assistance with the conference is very welcome. One of FOSS4G 
strengths is all the volunteers who help us.

Unfortunately our volunteers and presenters still need to purchase a 
ticket. We have a very tight budget this year due to the financial crisis.

I hope you will still be able to make it, and I look forward to seeing 
you at FOSS4G.
