Hi Cameron,

Here is the revised questionnaire with the additions requested.

http://www.youtellme.com.au/FOSS4G2009/

If you could let me know when it is sent out and how many it was sent
out to it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks again for your assistance on this. All the best. Stuart.

Stuart,
We can derive answers to most of the questions you have listed, based on

our registration list, so I suggest that an alternative questionnaire be

used. Is that ok?

* Where do you live: We have this data

* What is your gender. We have a mostly complete column of
"Mr/Miss/Mrs/Dr/Prof" which is pretty close. We can derive most of the
rest by looking at first names.

* We don't have age data, but do we really need it?

* The FOSS4G conference has moved between countries, and we have metrics

from 2006 - 2009. This should give you decent cross country comparison.

* We don't have a comparison between holding the conference in Sydney,
or elsewhere in Australia, but I don't think this needs to be captured.

---

I would like to have the following information collected:

* Please provide feedback on what was good or can be improved at the
conference. This can be fed back into future foss4g and Australian
conferences. (Free text area).

* Select country. (pull down list)

* Select role (same as roles we already have collected)
