[Foss4g2009] AGM timing, again

Sorry to bring it up again, but now that I'm digging into the schedule,
I'm trying to understand why we moved the AGM from Friday after closing
ceremonies to Wednesday at same time as BoFs.  I think it would be good
to move it back so we don't dilute the BoFs and instead gives those who
are still around something to attend after.  Or was there some other
reason it got moved?
