[Foss4g2009] Re: Coordinator for stuffing conference show bags?

I talked with Arinex a few days back about packing conference showbags.
They have explained that we have a room in the conference centre 
available on Monday morning.
(In the afternoon it will be used for lab setup and won't be available).

Arinex can pack the bags for us, but it will cost us ~ $1500, and I'd 
much prefer to spent that on buying pizzas for everyone at the code sprint.

So what I'm looking for is:
1. A coordinator and a backup who will be at the conference centre from 
8:30am on Monday 19 October till 1pm.
2. We can ask for volunteers to help out. We will need ~ 6 people, plus 
a few spare in case people don't get into Sydney on time.

Who is available to act as this coordinator?


Simon O'Keefe mentioned he can help out, but seems he won't be in town 
early enough.
