IMO what is required at the moment for 09 - more than a fully functioning
conference site is a holding page which includes the very basic, info
- the 09 brand, what, where and ideally a utility to register interest
and be kept uptodate - this wouldn't necessarily have to use OCS - Gavin asked
FrankW to register the domain, not sure where this is at?<br>

If the 09 domain is registered then it would be easy to create the holding page
outside of OCS and put in place a redirect<br>
