Dear 2009 Folks,

In the olden days (2 years ago) the "g" in FOSS4g stood for "Geoinformatics" not "Geospatial". I see that the poster and postcard use "Geospatial". Was that an executive decision of the OSGeo Board or some other entity? Just curious... I don't have a preference, but consistency is nice.

In the future, I'd suggest that the OC have a policy
that there must be a minimum time for OC members to
be able to review FOSS4G 2009 materials. Janelle's
email about the postcard/poster was sent less than
1 hour before the above deadline, which is far too
short a timeframe for any reasonable opportunity
for reviews.

Can we agree on something like a minimum of 3 days for
a review period "before going live or to the printer",
and stick to that in the future?
