The aesthetics so far are really terrific.<br>
I'd suggest you think about what's important going forward, and<br>
promote some items from the sub-menus and demote others. For example,<br>
submitting papers and workshops should be more prominent, the<br>
committee information less so, sponsoring should be prominent, etc.<br>
