Concerning, the workshop submission, Daniel and I wanted to say that<br>
we could maybe also make a short version as a tutorial, but we really<br>
prefer a longer version as experiance has shown that it is difficult<br>
to cover the matter in 1.5 hours. That's why we've submitted only a<br>
worshop version.<br>
