</div>Other years, the SOTM has created little "State of the Map Working Groups"<br>
which are in charge of the SotM. I can guess that this year it would be<br>
pretty much the same.<br>

And, yes, if the Barcelona bid is successfull, I expect the SotM WG to be<br>
composed mostly of spanish people, and working together with the FOSS4G LOC<br>
to set up everything.<br>
