Venka, thank you for moving this.<br><br>We are supposed to have 7 rooms (at least) for the BOSs (break out sessions).<br><br>Here the rooms available:<br>sala 6 (320 pax) sala 5 (250 pax) sala 3 (150 pax) sala 8 (100 pax) <br>
sala 4 (75 pax) sala 11 (78 pax) sala 12 (90 pax)<br><br>BOFs are scheduled, for the moment, only on Wednesday afternoon, from 6 to 7 pm. The gala dinner is at 8pm of the same day.<br>We are checking if, with many request of BOSs we can add another slot.<br>
