[Foss4g2013] Maptember

Perhaps we could make the HOT hack 9-13th part of the Maptember activities that we will be trying encourage between State of the Map and FOSS4G

Our thinking is to try and get a number of informal activities, visits and some hot desking/office sharing offers plus maybe offers of hospitality so that people can stay over.

We need some volunteers to pick this idea up and run with it as the FOSS4G LOC sort of have their hands pretty full at the moment :)
