Hi LOC and all other FOSS4G2016-interested!

As suggested yesterday and also supported by Jeff, I'd like to
introduce a weekly IRC node meeting of "(L)OC FOSS4G2016".

I suggest to have a short and well prepared IRC-meeting on every
Monday, 17:00h CE(S)T (for you local time, see
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/)

We meet here:

channel #foss4g on freenode

For joining us, you need:
1. PC/Touchpad/Mobile
2. Internet-Acceess
3. IRC-Client (I use Hexchat on Ubuntu, get a list of clients here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_Internet_Relay_Chat_clients)

Then:
Open IRC client, choose "freenode" in the networking-list and type
"/join #foss4g" (or whatever your client requires).
Normally your client should tell you s.th. like this: "Now talking on
#foss4g"
Then you are in and you can just type.

The good thing is, as Jeff mentioned yesterday, that we get the logs
"for free", find them here:
http://irclogs.geoapt.com/foss4g/
(for today, 20. of Oct) you'll find a "test" from me and "works" from
Jeff).

I would start to invite before the meeting and also to setup a short
agenda. If someone especially is required, I would ask you in advance.
And please - if I personally ask you about your appearance and you can't
make it: Just tell me! Always better, than not knowing it!

Anyhow I'd like to keep our monthly personal meetings in LUXX!

That's all.

Any comments and/or ideas for a better particular time?
If not, our first meeting will be next monday, 26. of October @17:00h
(= 5 p.m.) CET!

Till
