[FOSS4G2016] Sharing marketing materials

Hi Anton,

To avoid confusion I think we should integrate this page with the  
already existing
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G_2016_PR (and we also have the SVN).  
Let's make sure there's just one and only source for this material.

After re-reading some of the mails of Jeff I think he meant a page  
with marketing materials on the website http://2016.foss4g.org (as the  
2015 LOC had on http://2015.foss4g.org/about/spread-the-word/
