[FOSS4G2016] [Program] Accept/decline email draft

+1 to send them out.

I like the idea of a blogpost!
Would be nice to have one every month or so; alternating from every team 
(prog.comm, homepage team, PR&M etc.)
That gives the world out there a sense of what we're doing!
