[Francophone] New open GIS for scientific simulation

The geoinformatic team of IRSTV (CNRS FR-1563) is proud and pleased to
announce you the 1st public (beta) release of its new scientific GIS,
licensed under GPL. OrbisGIS is able to manage and display vectorial
and raster data using an high level spatial language. We wish you a
happy new year of OrbisGIS experiences...
