Bonjour à tous,
Merci Yves d'avoir fait suivre de mail! Ce que propose Drick est une 
très bonne idée! Mais qui soulève pour moi un certain nombre de 
questions au premier rang desquelles : à quoi servent les chapitres 
locaux de l'osgeo  ?

Pour lever toute ambiguïté, pour moi c'est un lieu important pour 
fédérer les actions autour de la géomatique libre ! Pan :-)

Penser l'échelon européen c'est important! C'est d'autant plus vrai 
qu'aujourd'hui l'Europe finance bien la R&D. Ce serait naturel de pense 
(aussi) à cette échelle (avec H2020, les ERC, les Marie Curie, etc)!

Mais comment fait on vivre un osgeo-eu ?

Est-ce que certains voudraient réagir ? Est-ce qu'il y a eu des réactions ?
