[Francophone] Qgis user group français

Bonjour à tous,
Les plus impliqués dans le projet Qgis l'on surement vue passé, le 
projet Qgis s'est doté d'un board et au niveau locales des user-groupe 
sont en train de se former.

Il me semble qu'il pourrait être de bon ton, vu notre implication 
collective dans le projet Qgis (traduction, organisation de Qgis user 
meeting), que nous nous positionnions en temps qu'OSGeo-fr comme 
représentant de la Qgis fondation.

Qu'est-ce que vous en pensez ?
