</p><p>Nous nous sommes rencontrés à Valabre il y a quelques mois (et
pour Simon, nous avons échangé dans le cadre d'une présentation de
QGIS au salon secours expo).</p><p>Dans le cadre des projets Horizon 2020 de la Commission
Européenne, un des appels concerne la participation des citoyens à
la préparation et la gestion de crise (en annexe - DRS01). C'est
une approche bottom-up qui veut donner la parole aux citoyens, aux
victimes, etc. Il y a aussi un accent sur les réseaux sociaux. Ca
rejoint pas mal ce que vous faites j'ai l'impression (HAND / VISOV
/ OSGEO /OpenStreetMap, ...). <br>
</p><p>Verriez-vous un intérêt à approfondir le sujet ?</p><p>Je ne sais pas si je peux apporter quelque chose, je n'ai pas les
ressources pour coordonner le projet, mais ça me tient à cœur
aussi. Je tenais au moins à vous transmettre l'info ! <br>
</p><p>D'autres personnes/organismes qui sont intéressées :<br>
</p>
<ul>
<li>un responsable d'une association turque est intéressé aussi
(il avait participé au projet EDUCEN -
<a class="m_-8596920131337282660moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://www.educenproject.eu/" target="_blank">http://www.educenproject.eu</a>, notamment sur l'inclusion des
personnes avec déficiences dans la gestion de crise), <br>
</li>
<li>le consultant néerlandais avec qui j'ai fait la présentation
ci-joint à un groupe de contact de la Commission.</li>
<li>un centre de formation de la société G4S a aussi marqué son
intérêt (j'ai une réunion le 29/1 avec eux), et peut-être aussi
la Région Bruxelloise.</li>
