Please review the patch for ticket #507 http://trac.osgeo.org/fusion/ticket/507

[Solution]:
When we deactivate the Maptip widget, we removes the "jxButtonActive" class from this jxButton. At this time, we shouldn't focus on this button, we need to invoke the blur() function.
