 When a user specifies a folder to enumerate for maps and also specifies
 the same mapdefinition in an application definition mapgroup, the map
 appears in the menu more than once. Additionally, there is also no way to
 specify a folder structure for mapgroup maps or configure features such as
 layer events for folder-enumerated maps.
