 The Jx library used for providing buttons and other user interface
 elements has undergone a substantial upgrade to improve performance, load
 time and fix a number of bugs.  We have already done the work to make
 Fusion independent of the Jx dependencies, so now we can bring in a new
 version of Jx without Scriptaculous/Prototype.

 This task will be used to track commits related to updating to the new
 version of Jx.
