 Mike, is including the appdef currently optional, or is this a future
 enhancement (should be?)?  I'd love to see MapGuide 2.0.1 use a single-
 file build.

 How does this impact extensions?  If using a single-file build, will
 extensions not in the build still be loaded at runtime?
