 1. Open any Fusion layout

 2. Pick 'Zoom-In' (+) on the Zoom Control/Slider.

 3. Move the cursor away from the control.

 RESULT: Depending on the currently active widget, either:
   a. the map moves with the cursor or
   b. a drag-window rubber-banding line follows the cursor.
