 Please modify Fusion to allow multiple maps to be added to a single
 MapGroup.

 Currently in MapGuide you can not share tile caches among multiple maps,
 and modifications to the dynamic portion of a map invalidates the tile
 cache.

 If Fusion allowed users to add both single-tile and tiled map definitions
 to a single MapGroup, this would allow similar behaviour to MapGuide's
 current base layer groups with neither of these drawbacks.
