 The MapGuide 2.1 installer allows the user to choose where the web
 extensions are installed, and the default location is no longer
 "webserverextensions".

 Fusion does not take this into account and, at least, in
 layers/mapguide/php/common.php breaks when MapGuide is installed in a
 different location.

 Please fix Fusion 2.0 to ensure that all paths are calculated relative to
 the fusion installation directory.
