 Steps to reproduce:[[BR]]
 Steps:[[BR]]
 1. Open one flexible web layout by IE.[[BR]]
 2. Wait for fusion timeout.[[BR]]
 3. Click Theme and Query.[[BR]]
 Result:[[BR]]
 The error messages on task pane are not same. They should not repeat and
 behave the same.
