 The patch was reviewed by Mike Adair, and submitted with the following
 revision:

 The changes are actually pretty minor - I've moved the code that creates
 the Fusion layer object from the initializeWidget method into the
 mapWidgetLoaded method. This preserves the intent of changeset 2068, which
 seeks to re-initialize the overview when the main map is reloaded, but
 enforces that the underlying map definition has loaded before attempting
 to create an OpenLayers layer that corresponds to it.
