 Steps:[[BR]]
 1. Open one flexible web layout by IE9 beta.[[BR]]
 2. Theme[[BR]]
 3. Enter the value in Theme name.

 Results:
 Nothing happened.

 Expected results:
 Users could edit the text box.

 It happens in all input which use Style="width:100%" in all widgets.
 when we input anything in the textbox, the length will be 0.
 I think it's a defect in IE9 beta. and it only happens in ie9 beta.
