 When a layer has an crazy excessive amount of styles (in my case 891),
 fusion will lock up the browser at 100% CPU whilst adding nodes to the
 legend tree.

 A solution would be to either batch up the updates as the style updating
 is excessive, or to make all the themes a single element as they don't
 need to be individual nodes as they are purely asthetic
