 If it is because of the incorrect Jx theme CSS file, #441 might help
 http://trac.osgeo.org/fusion/ticket/441, just repoint your CSS files to
 that directory and the themes should stay up-to-date with changes in Jx.

 All of the MapGuide templates should be modified to use that new location.
