 1. Open a flexible web layout in browser[[BR]]
 2. Click 'Redline' , new create a redline layer and add it to map[[BR]]
 3. Click 'Edit Redline' button to enter edit page[[BR]]
 4. Draw a polygon on the map[[BR]]

 result:[[BR]]
 the last edge of the polygon is not displayed. [[BR]]
 [[BR]]
 expectation:[[BR]]
 all the edges are displayed.[[BR]]
