 1. Open a flexible web layout in browser[[BR]]
 2 Click Redline [[BR]]
 3.New a redline layer, add it to map and click 'Edit Redline'[[BR]]
 4. Click 'Polygon' button and double click one point on the map[[BR]]
 5. Click 'Cancel' button on the 'Enter a label for the markup item'
 dialog[[BR]]
 6. Check the task panel[[BR]]

 result:[[BR]]
 all the labels are missing[[BR]]

 expectation:[[BR]]
 the panel stays normal and no polygon is created[[BR]]
