 There are various OSM layer sub-types that Fusion is not recognising.

  * Mapnik
  * CycleMap
  * TransportMap

 If any of these sub-types are specified in the ApplicationDefinition
 MapGroup(s), it will always fallback to OpenLayers.Layer.OSM, which
 defaults to the Mapnik tileset.
