 When reporting back unhandled exceptions from AJAX requests, the inner
 stack trace (that initiated the AJAX request) is lost, meaning the stack
 trace the user sees is from the AJAX exception handler.

 We should try to capture this inner stack where possible when reporting
 back to TraceKit
