SV: [fusion-users] min/max Zoom scales

Mans,

Setting up the minScale/MaxScale options for MapServer happens in the 
mapLoaded() method around lines 230-270 of MapServer/MapServer.js.

It is important to note that scale information in Fusion is all returned 
from your MapFile on the server through the LoadMap.php script.  
Basically it looks for the min and max scales for all layers and uses 
those values when creating the OpenLayers layer.  If that isn't 
happening correctly please file a ticket.

Personally, I find the OL way of setting up the map scales/extents etc. 
pretty confusing, especially when the interpretation of minScale and 
maxScale is different between Fusion and OL) so when describing these 
issues, we will have to be clear about which scale value we are talking 
about (OL vs. Fusion).
