[fusion-users] Tooltip in IE9 (Vertical tool menu) on mouseover

Hi,

I'm getting a lot of reports of this in MGE.  The tooltip on the left side
of the Aqua template when using IE9 doesn't show up.  If you move your
cursor to the very left edge of the button you are attempting to get the
tooltip on, it will then work but for a user hovering pretty much anywhere
over the button (except the 1px on the left of the image that works) nothing
will appear.  The cursor doesn't change, nor does the tooltip appear.  It
works in FF.

Any ideas as to what's wrong with the IE version and the tooltips?
