The fusion map widget wraps around the OpenLayers map, which is accessible
through its oMapOL property. From there you can do anything that you can
normally do with an OpenLayers map object.

As for vector snapping, I do not believe it is possible because the
OpenLayers.Layer.MapGuide is a grid-based layer and not a vector-based one,
hence there's nothing to snap to.
