Hi,

On behalf of the GDAL/OGR development team, I am pleased to announce the 
release of the GDAL/OGR 3.8.5 bug fix version. This is the last one 
planned in the 3.8.x series, with the forthcoming 3.9.0 released planned 
for the beginning of May.
