[Gdal-dev] New options for gdalinfo

Hi folks,

I have added two new options to `gdalinfo' utility: -nogcp and -nomd.
The first one suppresses list of GCPs printing, the second one supresses
printing of metadata. Both options intended to work with some datasets
which contain thousands of GCPs and kilobytes of metadata strings.
