[Gdal-dev] JasPer UUID package updated

Hello,

I build the new Jasper package using Microsoft VC++ project this morning (I 
renamed the jas_config2.h in the include directory to jas_config.h ... I 
don't know if this was the right thing to do).

After building, I've been trying to link it into GDAL, but I'm getting a 
bunch of errors that look like:

If I remove the Jasper stuff from the GDAL nmake.opt file, GDAL builds fine.

Did I build Jasper incorrectly?
